Methodology  

We apply proprietary methodology to all projects, completing them within predictable and established time frames and budgets. We pride ourselves on high quality software products that meet the needs and the requirements of our clients and end-users. Our team combines IT professionals with wide experience in all software development stages: subject area analysis, software design, programming, testing, and documenting. The team enjoys a unique combination of both creative and technical skills, which ensures delivery in time and top quality service. 

We preserve the experience we gain implementing projects and share it between all team members. All successful solutions, methods, project ideas are recorded in order to use them in the future software projects.

The procedure of 'Subsystem development' is divided into several sub procedures as well:

» Subsystem documentation
» This methodology implies sequential performance of the analysis of business scope and modeling of Data Flow
» Diagram by methods of Structured Analysis.

Our methodology is based on the procedures of glossary maintenance and detection of the general-system and on a basis of special-purpose objects. In the design process we utilize the methods of object Methodology RUP (Rational Unified Process). To systematize the work of the design group members, we apply RAD methodology (Rapid Application Development).

 The mandatory component of our methodology is the quality management system of both design procedures and software products. The system is based on the international quality standards ISO 9001 and SEI CMM.
